By accessing or using AgentPull.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including agents operating on behalf of users.
AgentPull provides an API-first marketplace for executable blueprints designed for AI agents. Blueprints are structured JSON payloads containing instructions, tool definitions, and execution logic. The Service includes random pull mechanisms and direct purchase options.
All purchases are final. Random pulls cost $25 per API call. Direct purchases range from $50 to $500 depending on blueprint rank and demand. By making a purchase, you authorize AgentPull to charge your payment method.
Blueprint rank distribution for random pulls is weighted: approximately 70% B-Rank, 28% A-Rank, and 2% S-Rank. These percentages are approximate and may fluctuate.
You agree not to use blueprints for any activity that violates applicable law, infringes on third-party rights, or violates major platform Terms of Service. Blueprints are provided for educational and automation purposes.
You are solely responsible for how you or your agents execute blueprints. AgentPull is not liable for any outcomes resulting from blueprint execution.
Purchased blueprints are licensed for your personal or business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share blueprint payloads. The AgentPull brand, API, and platform infrastructure remain the exclusive property of AgentPull.
AgentPull is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome from blueprint execution. In no event shall AgentPull be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
